When you’re busy and purpose driven it’s easy to be caught up in your head and be out of touch with your body.
You know EXACTLY what I’m talking about, don’t you?
Like that time you skipped lunch because you were so caught up in what you were doing that you didn’t feel hungry… oh yeah that was JUST yesterday!
Unfortunately, being busy can keep you living inside of the “stress response.”
And let me just say that is no bueno for your skin, digestion and immunity.
Now I’m sure you’re wondering how to counteract the stresses of everyday life without having to blow your budget or without living at the spa, right?
It’s actually quite easy…
But. you HAVE TO prioritize YOU and take time each and everyday to SLOW DOWN (I know I’m yelling, but really I’m just passionate).
Now before you go all crazy on me and tell me you don’t have time to do this, I promise you it can be quite simple.
It doesn’t mean you have to spend hours a day being a yogi or perfecting a meditation routine.
It does mean however that you have to remember to do this.
